The Meditative Groomer Academy is proud to partner with the Korean Kennel Club to bring Korean pet grooming education directly to the United States. This intimate, hands-on workshop has been designed to provide an authentic learning experience with personalized instruction in a small classroom environment.
​
With only eight public seats available, every attendee will have the opportunity to interact directly with the instructor, ask questions through a live translator, and receive hands-on guidance throughout the seminar.

Park Bo-bae has dedicated her career to advancing the pet grooming profession through education, competition, and mentorship. Beginning her journey at just 20 years old, she worked her way from a local pet shop to becoming one of South Korea's respected educators and judges.
​
Today, she is the founder and director of three grooming academy campuses and two professional grooming salons in Busan, South Korea. She is a Level 1 National Certified Companion Dog Stylist, the highest certification awarded by the Korean Kennel Club, and serves as a certified judge in grooming, breed handling, and companion animal aromatherapy.
​
Her experience extends beyond South Korea as an international grooming competition judge in China, published author of two industry textbooks, former university adjunct professor, and successful Bichon Frisé breeder and handler.
​
The Meditative Groomer Academy is honored to welcome Park Bo-bae to Wisconsin as she shares the techniques, philosophy, and educational approach that have made Korean pet grooming respected around the world.

Rather than focusing on individual techniques, this seminar is designed to teach the complete Korean approach to pet grooming.
Throughout three days of hands-on instruction, you'll learn how Korean groomers evaluate, prepare, and execute pet trims from start to finish. Every step is taught with intention, helping you understand not only how techniques are performed, but why they are done that way.

Travel Information
We are currently working with a preferred hotel partner to provide our attendees with a comfortable stay while visiting Racine. Hotel information and any available group rates will be shared as soon as they are finalized.
Optional Evening Activities
While not part of the formal curriculum, attendees will be invited to optional social gatherings throughout the seminar to continue conversations and network with fellow groomers.
